In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define solution scopes and translate needs into clear, actionable documentation for development teams. Your ability to analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment between IT capabilities and business goals will be key to driving success.

You’ll play a central role throughout the project lifecycle—from gathering requirements and facilitating workshops to supporting testing and change management. Working across a wide range of industries including finance, healthcare, logistics and government, you’ll gain exposure to diverse systems and challenges, building both your domain knowledge and technical understanding.
