Support Analyst – Deliver Exceptional IT Support at OCS Consulting
Are you passionate about helping clients get the most out of their technology? OCS Consulting is looking for a dedicated Support Analyst to join our team. In this client-facing role, you’ll provide top-tier 1st and 2nd line support services, helping clients across a range of industries maintain and optimise their IT systems.
As a Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues across both infrastructure and application environments. Working with technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and SQL, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently and service requests are fulfilled with minimal disruption. Your ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users will be key to delivering an excellent support experience.
You’ll also contribute to ongoing system improvement by identifying trends in recurring issues, assisting with patching, upgrades, and configuration changes and producing high-quality documentation. With opportunities to work on-site and remotely, you’ll support a variety of client environments—gaining valuable exposure and building a broad technical foundation.
