Working with technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and SQL, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently and service requests are fulfilled with minimal disruption. You’ll also contribute to ongoing system improvement by identifying trends in recurring issues, assisting with patching, upgrades, and configuration changes and producing high-quality documentation.
